Eclo's virtual fitting system requires users to share their fit preferences. Optionally, users may scan their feet to create 3D models. Eclo is the steward of this data and helps users get fitted and buy shoes at participating retailers. Users own their fit preference data and 3D foot scans, as described in the Privacy Policy below. Eclo has a perpetual license to use the anonymized version of the data for research and development, as described in the Privacy Policy below.

By using the Service, you grant Eclo a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and analyze anonymized and aggregated data derived from your personal fit preferences and 3D foot scans. This anonymized data will be used exclusively for research and development purposes, including but not limited to improving the accuracy of our virtual fitting technology and developing new features.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
